PLAYBOY SPIRITS
Playboy Enterprises and Spirits Investment Partners (“SIP ”) partnered in 2018 to create a portfolio of alcohol beverage brands, for global commercialization under Playboy Spirits, LLC.
The Company developed the brand “Rare Hare” for its portfolio of super-and ultra-premium whiskeys and cognac, “Tres Hares” for its tequila offerings and has also created the brand “PLAY HARD Seltzers” for a line of ready-to-drink (“RTD”) hard seltzers. Hard teas/lemonades, and craft cocktails.
Furthermore, the Company intends to create additional brands and product offerings as well as strategic partnerships in various countries, all of which will fall under the Playboy Spirits Investment.
